30	30	An Act relative to requiring insurance providers cover a minimum of 30 days for in-patient
31	31	substance abuse treatment.
32	32	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
33	33	of the same, as follows:
34	34	1 SECTION 1. Section 17N of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
35	35	2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 23, the figure “14” and inserting in
36	36	3place thereof the following figure:- 30.
37	37	4 SECTION 2. Section 10H of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
38	38	5hereby amended by striking out, in line 46, the figure “14” and inserting in place thereof the
39	39	6following figure:- 30. 2 of 2
40	40	7 SECTION 3. Section 47GG of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
41	41	8hereby amended by striking out, in line 24, the figure “14” and inserting in place thereof the
