2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3232 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “incident” in line 227, the following
3333 3sentence:- Driving a motor vehicle which has an expired inspection sticker shall not be
3434 4considered a surchargeable incident.
