28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, a health care provider |

29 | 29 | | 2certifying a patient over the age of 65 in accordance with Section 1 of Chapter 94I of the |

30 | 30 | | 3Massachusetts General Laws may be eligible for reimbursement for such certification by |
---|
31 | 31 | | 4qualifying health plans regulated under Chapters 32A, 175, 176A, 176B and 176G. |

32 | 32 | | 5 SECTION 2. Health plans may include cannabis for medical use, as defined in Section 1 |

33 | 33 | | 6of Chapter 94I of the Massachusetts General Laws in their formulary, for patients over the age of |
