2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 5 of Chapter 167D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3131 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “depositor” in line 12, the following:
3232 3 “; or (iv) a fee for inactive accounts.”
