The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to homeowner’s insurance. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 175 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 4G the 2following section:- 3 Section 4H. Upon receipt of notice of non-renewal of a homeowner’s insurance policy, 4the named insured shall have 180 days to fulfill the requirements for the continuance of coverage 5contained within the said receipt.
