An Act relative to changing Mass Health estate recoup for people with disabilities beyond age
55.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Subsection (b) of section 31 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the
22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out clause (3).
