26	26	An Act expanding the moral obligation bond program to acute care hospitals.
27	27	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
28	28	of the same, as follows:
29	29	1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (n 1/2) of section 5 of chapter 614 of the acts of 1968, as inserted
30	30	2by chapter 288 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out the words “community
31	31	3hospitals” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “acute care hospitals”.
32	32	4 SECTION 2. Subsection (g) of section 10 of chapter 614 of the acts of 1968, as inserted
33	33	5by section 21 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking out the words
34	34	6“community hospital” in each instance in which they appear, and inserting in place thereof the
35	35	7following:- “acute care hospital”.
36	36	8 SECTION 3. Subsection (g) of section 10 of chapter 614 of the acts of 1968, as inserted
37	37	9by section 21 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking out the words
38	38	10“community hospitals” in each instance in which they appear, and inserting in place thereof the
39	39	11following:-- “acute care hospitals”. 2 of 2

41	41	13by section 21 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking paragraph (12) in its
42	42	14entirety.
