26 | 26 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

28 | 28 | | 1 Chapter 128 is hereby amended by inserting, after section 2B, a new section:- |

30 | 30 | | 3 Rodeos shall comply with the rules, regulations, standards, and practices established by |

31 | 31 | | 4the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association. For the purposes of this section, “rodeo” shall be |

32 | 32 | | 5defined as “a competition or exhibition in which individuals compete by or showcase skills |
---|
33 | 33 | | 6associated with traditional cowboy activities, including but not limited to bull riding, bronc |
---|
34 | 34 | | 7riding, bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, and team roping, and include the use |
---|
35 | 35 | | 8of animals, including but not limited to bulls, steers, calves, broncs, and horses”. |
