| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 “Notwithstanding the foregoing, the division shall ensure that its contracted health |

| 30 | 30 | | 2insurers, health plans, health maintenance organizations, behavioral health management firms |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3and third party administrators under contract with MassHealth shall reimburse all network |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4inpatient behavioral health providers not less than the MassHealth fee for service per diem rate |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5for inpatient behavioral health care". |
