House, No. 1465) of Steven Ultrino that the Board of Higher Education be directed to establish a 
program for certain school teachers and paraprofessionals to attend courses at public institutions 
of higher education at no tuition cost..  Higher Education.

An Act relative to establishing a tuition free program for teachers and paraprofessionals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 19 of Chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- 
3 The Board of Higher Education shall institute, in conjunction with the Board of 
4Education, a program to allow any public school teacher or paraprofessional presently working 
5in the Commonwealth to attend courses at public institutions of Higher Education in the 
6Commonwealth at no tuition cost.
