29 | 29 | | 2communities shall promulgate regulations pursuant to its authority under sections 3 and 6 of |

30 | 30 | | 3Chapter 23B the General Laws, as appearing in 2022 Official Edition, for the purpose of |

31 | 31 | | 4implementing legal authority for said executive office, its departments and contracted regional |

32 | 32 | | 5administering agencies to accept applications from landlords, on behalf of their tenants, to the |

33 | 33 | | 6Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program, Alternative Housing Voucher Program, Rental |
