Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 3A of chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the 2following words at the end of paragraph (b): 3 “Provided, however, a housing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 121B of the 4general laws shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.”
