An Act to exempt local housing authorities from the penalties of the MBTA Communities Law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3A of chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the 
2following words at the end of paragraph (b):
3 “Provided, however, a housing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 121B of the 
4general laws shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.”
