Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 26 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (p), the following subsection:- 3 (q) Shall deny access to public housing facilities that are subsidized by the 4commonwealth for all persons who have been convicted of Level 2 or Level 3 sex offenses in the 5commonwealth
