2727 An Act relative to public housing restrictions.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 32 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3131 2Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at the end thereof:-
3232 3 Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, an applicant for
3333 4assisted housing under this chapter who is not eligible for federal assisted housing under 42
3434 5U.S.C. section 1436a shall not displace or be given priority over any applicant who is so eligible.
