An Act to protect children from the use of alcohol and marijuana.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 29 of chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by inserting at the end, the following "Shall not advertise for the distribution
3use of alcohol or marijuana within 5,280 feet of a school zone."
