An Act relative to emergency housing assistance eligibility requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 30 of chapter 23B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the 
2word “program.”, in line 9, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, the following words:- 
3Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the emergency 
4housing assistance program established herein shall be available only to residents of the 
5commonwealth who are citizens of the United States.
