| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 58A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (1) and inserting in place thereof |
