2828 An Act adding retail drive-up curbside pickup for marijuana establishments.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 12 of Chapter 94G of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by
3232 2adding a new subsection - :
3333 3 (i) A marijuana establishment may create retail drive-up curbside pickup for the sale of
3434 4medical and recreational marijuana, including but not limited to both external and internal
3535 5curbside pickup. The establishment must seek approval from the town or city where the
3636 6establishment is located. The establishment’s drive-up curbside pickup must be in compliance
3737 7with all town or city ordinances regulating drive-up curbside pickup.
