2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
3131 2is hereby amended by adding after subsection (8), the following new subsection:-
3232 3 “9. Such person is the sole owner of a business and said person’s juror service would
3333 4require said person to close the business”
