29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |

30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1-2, the words “Common night |

31 | 31 | | 3walkers, common street walkers, both male and female,”. |

32 | 32 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 62 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby repealed. |

33 | 33 | | 5 SECTION 3. Chapter 94C is hereby amended by inserting after section 34A the |
