An Act relative to fairness in home sales.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by striking, in line 568 to
2569, the words “or rental accommodations” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
3 “, rental accommodations, or home sales”
4 SECTION 2. Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by inserting, in line 571,
5after the word “tenant” the following words:-
6 “or prospective homebuyer”
7 SECTION 3. Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by striking, in line 572, the
8words “or rental supplements” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
9 “, rental supplements or downpayment assistance”
