An Act relative to written real estate service agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 259 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
2amended by striking out the words “or a licensed real estate broker or real estate salesman”.
