An Act to promote equity in school attendance requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 121 of chapter 5 of the acts of 1995 as amended by sections 30 and 31 of chapter
2158 of the acts of 2014 is hereby repealed.
