29	29	An Act relative to prevailing wages.
30	30	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
31	31	of the same, as follows:
32	32	1 SECTION 1. Section 26 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014
33	33	2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after words "pension plans", in line 46, the
34	34	3following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship and training programs approved by the commonwealth
35	35	4which comply with the requirements of Sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the
36	36	5General Laws,".
37	37	6 SECTION 2. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
38	38	7amended by inserting after the words "pension plans", in line 44, the following: ", bona fide
39	39	8apprenticeship and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the
40	40	9requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws,". 2 of 3
41	41	10 SECTION 3. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
42	42	11inserting after the words "pension plan" the following:- ", a bona fide apprenticeship and training
43	43	12program approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to
44	44	1311L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws,".
45	45	14 SECTION 4. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
46	46	15inserting after the words "health and welfare funds", in line 54, the following:- ", bona fide
47	47	16apprenticeship and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the
48	48	17requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws,".
49	49	18 SECTION 5. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
50	50	19inserting after the words " welfare funds", in lines 60 to 61, the following:- ", bona fide
51	51	20apprenticeship and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the
52	52	21requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".
53	53	22 SECTION 6. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
54	54	23inserting after the words " welfare funds", in line 74, the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship
55	55	24and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of
56	56	25sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws,".
57	57	26 SECTION 7. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
58	58	27inserting after the words "welfare funds", in line 80, the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship
59	59	28and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of
60	60	29sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".
61	61	30 SECTION 8. Said section 27 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
62	62	31inserting after the words "welfare funds", in line 90, the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship 3 of 3
63	63	32and training programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of
64	64	33sections 1B to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".
