An Act relative to consolidating multiple definitions of employee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 148B of Chapter 149, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is 
2hereby amended by striking the words “chapter 151”, in line 1, and inserting in place thereof the 
3following:-
4 “chapters 151 and 152,”
5 SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 152, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of 
6paragraph (4) the following:-
7 “Any reference to an employee shall have the same meaning as in section 148B of 
8Chapter 149 of the General Laws.”
