2929 An Act relative to public hearing notification for variances from the terms of the applicable
3030 zoning ordinance or by-law.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 Section 10 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official
3434 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence ending in the words "such
3535 3ordinance or by-law", line number 15, the following:-
3636 4 All meeting notifications, publications, mailings, and postings to all parties in interest as
3737 5prescribed in this section and in section eleven shall be required for each public hearing held
3838 6subsequent to the initial public hearing.
