| 30 | 30 | | 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 30B of the General Laws or any |

| 31 | 31 | | 2other general or special law or bylaw to the contrary, the Town of Wellfleet Selectboard is |

| 32 | 32 | | 3authorized to lease a portion of the property located at 715 Old Kings Highway, Wellfleet, MA, |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4shown on Assessor's Map 36, Parcel 606, which is also the site of the Wellfleet Adult |

| 34 | 34 | | 5Community Center, to the private, non-profit organization known as the Wellfleet Food Pantry |

| 35 | 35 | | 6for the purpose of constructing a new building to house the food pantry. Said lease shall be for a |
