2727 An Act to finance the Betsy Lehman Center’s statewide provider health care safety education

2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Notwithstanding any general or special rule to the contrary, the treasurer shall transfer a
3232 2total of $1,500,000 from the Board of Registration in Medicine Trust Fund established in section
3333 335M of chapter 10 of the General Laws to the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety and
3434 4Medical Error Reduction, to support implementation of the roadmap to health care safety for
3535 5Massachusetts, including a pilot program of electronic health record safety event monitoring and
3636 6a statewide program of health care safety education.
