| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 9B of Chapter 90B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the |

| 32 | 32 | | 2second sentence in line 4 and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 All persons who operate a jet ski, surf jet or wetbikes shall be required to participate in a |

| 34 | 34 | | 4regulated mandatory training program before operating such watercraft; provided, however, that |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5the director of said division shall establish the program criteria and content and shall determine |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6the minimum safety skills necessary for said persons to operate such watercraft. |
