3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3333 of the same, as follows:
3434 1 SECTION 1. Section 26F ½ of chapter 148 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
3535 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “occupied in
3636 3whole or in part for residential purposes.”
3737 4 SECTION 2. Section 26F ½ of chapter 148 of the General Laws is hereby amended by
3838 5striking out, in lines 22 and 23, the words “occupied in whole or in part for residential purposes.”
