An Act relative to the sex offender registry.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Amends sections 178D, 178J and 178k of chapter 6 in the MGLs by striking out the
2following, "a photograph of the sex offender, if available"; further, inserting in place thereof, "a
3current color photograph"
