An Act relative to medical services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 111C of the General Laws is
2 hereby amended by striking out the definition of commissioner and department inserting
3the following definitions:
4 “Commissioner”, the commissioner of public safety.
5 “Department”, the department of public safety.
6 SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 111O of the General Laws
7 is hereby amended by striking out the definition of commissioner and department and
8inserting the following definitions:
9 “Commissioner”, the commissioner of public safety.
10 “Department”, the department of public safety.
