2626 An Act expanding hoisting examination opportunities for foreign language speakers.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 official edition, is hereby
3030 2amended by adding at the end of section 65 the following new language:
3131 3 The division of occupational licensure shall make both written and practical examinations
3232 4available in the languages of English, Portuguese, Spanish and any other languages deemed
3333 5appropriate by the division, to hoisting machinery applicants licensed under section 53A (g) if
3434 6the criteria for licensure established by the commissioner of the division of occupational
3535 7licensure pursuant to section fifty-three are met by the applicant.
