An Act to repeal expanded firearms bans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.
2 SECTION 2. Section 22 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by 
3deleting subsection (iv) from the definition of “Large capacity firearm” in section 121.
4 SECTION 3. Section 49 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by 
5striking subsection 131(a).
6 SECTION 4. Section 71 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.
