| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 The definition of Group 4, as set forth in Chapter 32, Section 3, paragraph (2), |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2subparagraph (g) is hereby amended by adding thereto the words:— the secretary and |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3undersecretaries of public safety, provided they had previously served in a Group 3 or 4 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4designated position for no less than 24 consecutive months. |
