An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain employees of the department of mental
health.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
2hereby amended by inserting, in line 275, after the word "prisoners;" the following words:--
3employees of the department of mental health within bargaining unit 8;
