2626 An Act relative to SNAP benefits for seniors and disabled individuals..
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 2 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
3030 2hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
3131 3 (E) The department shall make a minimum payment of $100 per month to individuals
3232 4over 60 years of age and individuals with a disability who participate in the supplemental
3333 5nutrition assistance program.
