2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
3030 2hereby amended by inserting after the number “1”, in line 296, the following words:- ;
3131 3employees of a municipal police department who are employed or regularly acting as detention
3232 4attendants.
