Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 123B of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is hereby 2amended by adding the following 3 Section 1A: Caseload Ratio for DDS Human Service Coordinators. 4 The Department of Developmental Services shall establish a caseload ratio 55:1 for 5Human Service Coordinators A/B, D and 6:1 for Human Service Coordinator C no later than 6January 1, 2026.
