2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby
3131 2amended by inserting after the word “more” the words:— , assistant attorney general for criminal
3232 3matters which shall include individuals whose primary responsibility is the prosecution of
3333 4criminal matters on behalf of the attorney general, as so certified by the attorney general.
