An Act authorizing certain public employees’ creditable retirement service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 378, the words “Peace Corps” and 
3inserting in the place thereof the words:- Peace Corps, Vista or AmeriCorps
4 SECTION 2. Section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 
5Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 380, after the words “guidance 
6counselor” the following words:- state employee
