An Act relative to work hours for state retirees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as amended
2by section 18 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021, is hereby amended by striking out the figure
3“1,200” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 1,400.
4 SECTION 2. Subsection (c) of section 91 of the General Laws, as amended by section 4
5of chapter 76 of the acts of 2021, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “1,200” and
6inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 1,400.
