| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 100 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “law” in line 31 the following |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3words: - This section shall also apply to any permanent crash crewman, crash boatman, fire |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4controlman or assistant fire controlman employed at the General Edward Lawrence Logan |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5International Airport, members of the Massachusetts military reservation fire department and |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6members of the 104th fighter wing fire department and, for the purposes of this section, the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7Massachusetts Port Authority, the Massachusetts military reservation and the Barnes Air |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8National Guard Base shall be fire districts. |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 9 SECTION 2. Section 100B of said chapter 41, as so appearing, is hereby amended by |

| 39 | 39 | | 10adding the following paragraph: 2 of 2 |
