An Act relative to clarifying the application of the heart bill.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1.Section 94 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "or of the public works building
3police", in the first paragraph, the following new words:- "or of the police force of the Office of
4Environmental Law Enforcement."
