The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to employees of the Commonwealth that are required to respond to crime scenes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 3 of Chapter 32 in the official 2016 edition is hereby amended in subparagraph 2(g), under "Group 2" by inserting therein the words, "Forensic Scientists employed at the 3Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory;" after the words, "head guard and chief of 4waterfront police".
