| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, within 60 days of the |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2effective date of this act, the Pension Reserves Investment Management Board established in |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3section 23 of chapter 32 of the General Laws shall divest from the Pension Reserves Investment |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4Trust Fund all stocks, securities and other obligations of any company selling weapons to the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5State of Israel, unless the company announces within 30 days of the effective date of this act that |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6it will not renew or enter into contracts for weapon sales to the State of Israel. |
