3030 An Act authorizing Thomas Harmon to purchase creditable service from the Barnstable County
3131 Retirement Board.
3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3333 of the same, as follows:
3434 1 Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or
3535 2special law to the contrary, the Barnstable county retirement board shall permit Thomas Harmon,
3636 3a member of the Barnstable county retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his
3737 4military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of
3838 5the General Laws.
