| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 64G, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is |

| 29 | 29 | | 2hereby amended by adding after the words “the commissioner of revenue” the following:- |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 “Friends and Family Rate”, rooms rented to employees of an operator of a hotel or motel, |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 4and relatives and friends of employees at a rate determined by the operator. |

| 32 | 32 | | 5 SECTION 2. Section 3 of Chapter 64G, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is |
