2727 An Act relative to municipal tax collectors.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 15 of Chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition,
3131 2is hereby amended by striking the final paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3232 3 “The collector may, in his discretion, waive such interest, charges and fees, up to 50% of
3333 4the total tax liability for any given tax period.”
