| 30 | 30 | | 1 Section 15 of Chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, |

| 31 | 31 | | 2is hereby amended by striking the final paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 “The collector may, in his discretion, waive such interest, charges and fees, up to 50% of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4the total tax liability for any given tax period.” |
