Michelle L. Ciccolo and others for legislation to establish the fourth Thursday in march as 
Tuskegee Airmen commemoration day. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

An Act establishing the fourth Thursday in march as Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15TTTTTT 
2the following section: - 
3 Section 15UUUUUU. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the 
4fourth Thursday in March as Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day in recognition of the 
5service and sacrifice during World War II of the Black pilots, bombardiers, navigators, flight 
6surgeons, nurses, mechanics, instructors, crewmembers and all support personnel who changed 
7the course of history and recommend that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the 
8people.
